Process

Four steps in the process

From analysis to noticeable change in conversations, decisions, and collaboration.

01

Assessment

An online questionnaire or a consultation if you prefer to begin with a conversation.

02

Report and insight

A clear picture of how you operate and make decisions, the sources of tension, and readiness for change.

03

Consultation or workshop

A meeting tailored to the individual, team, or organization.

04

Implementation

A plan for the coming weeks, practical agreements, and a method for measuring results.

The Humanet Method

01

We do not assign permanent labels to people. We show what matters to them in a specific situation and how it influences their behavior.

02

We examine what supports change, what blocks it, and what is needed to move from tension to action.

03

We provide a clear structure for conversations that helps organize difficult topics and reach concrete agreements.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The most common questions about the process, assessment, consultations, and implementation.

What will the assessment give me?

The assessment helps reveal your style of thinking, acting, motivation, and decision-making under pressure. It is not a clinical diagnosis or an evaluation of you as a person.

How long does it take?

Completing the questionnaire usually takes up to 30 minutes. An individual consultation lasts 60 minutes. The scope of workshops and organizational work depends on the objective, scale, and context.

Is the assessment difficult?

No. It is a questionnaire based on simple statements. There are no right or wrong answers—what matters is your authentic perspective.

When will I receive the report?

You will receive the individual report after completing the questionnaire. Team and organizational reports are prepared according to the agreed scope.
